How it works
You have 30 days to test our products thoroughly. If you are not satisfied, write us an email or use our returns portal to register your claim. We will then refund your purchase price without any problems. If components on our products break after the 30 days have expired, please write to us as well. In the spirit of customer satisfaction and sustainability, we will try to repair or recycle products.
