Return

You can return your ordered items free of charge for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories. All items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value due to deterioration in condition.

Cancellation

Right of cancellation for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately; on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces; on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered as part of an order for regular delivery over a specified period of time. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us at the email address: kontakt@derbaukasten.eu; Lessingstraße 3, 80336 Munich, c/o Schoppmann) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. However, we reserve the right to calculate shipping costs retroactively if the original order falls below the shipping cost limit applicable at the time of purchase due to the cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel are estimated at a maximum of around EUR 15.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
